Our Chef

Felip Llufriu was born in Ciutadella and his return to the island coincides with his desire to create his own restaurant in order to offer his guests the best of local products and all of his know-how.
Felip was a student of the Roca brothers from the Can Roca Cellar (acclaimed twice as best restaurant in the world) and then headed the starred restaurant Moo in Barcelona for 13 years.
